Curious About Coaching or Consulting?
Here’s What You Need to Know.
-
Coaching is an investment in you—your confidence, your career, and your ability to thrive in an unpredictable, fast-changing world of work. You’ll receive expert guidance, tailored resources, and accountability checks to help you take strategic action—whether you’re navigating a career transition, preparing for a salary negotiation, or stepping into leadership.
In a job market shaped by AI, shifting expectations, and ongoing disruption, coaching gives you something rare: space to pause, reflect, and make thoughtful decisions aligned with your goals, strengths, and values. It’s a powerful way to build essential human skills—like communication, self-awareness, adaptability, and strategic thinking—that set you apart in any industry.
Many clients leave coaching not just with a plan, but with something even more valuable: renewed confidence, stronger self-advocacy, and a deeper understanding of how to leverage their strengths. And when you apply that to a job search, promotion, or compensation conversation, the return on investment often exceeds the initial cost.

CliftonStrengths coaching goes deeper than surface-level self-awareness. It provides a clear, research-backed framework to understand how you naturally think, work, and lead when you're at your best. Unlike approaches that focus on fixing weaknesses, this process helps you amplify what already makes you effective—so you can grow with confidence and purpose.
Through coaching, you’ll learn how to apply your strengths to real-life situations: making smarter career decisions, navigating challenges, communicating more clearly, and stepping into leadership roles with greater ease. For professionals in transition or growth mode, this kind of alignment is a game-changer. You stop second-guessing yourself—and start using your strengths on purpose.
Many clients say CliftonStrengths gave them not just insight, but language—the ability to articulate their value, advocate for themselves, and lead in a way that feels authentic, energizing, and sustainable. It’s more than a personality assessment. It’s a powerful tool for alignment, career clarity, and long-term success on your terms.

Coaching might be right for you if you're feeling stuck, navigating a transition, overwhelmed by choices, or simply ready to grow—but unsure how to move forward on your own. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. What matters most is that you’re open to reflection, curious about what’s next, and ready to take meaningful action in your career and life.
That said, coaching isn’t a quick fix—and it’s not about handing you the answers. It works best when you’re committed to the process: showing up fully, being honest (with yourself and with me), and taking small but intentional steps between sessions. Lasting change takes courage, consistency, and a willingness to try new approaches—even when it feels uncomfortable at first.
As your coach, I’ll be with you every step of the way. You’ll receive expert guidance, practical tools, and personalized support tailored to your goals, strengths, and challenges. And to help you feel confident moving forward, we’ll start with a free 30-minute consultation call so you can get a feel for my coaching style and ask any questions.
If you're willing to invest time, energy, and attention, coaching can help you build confidence, find direction, and move toward goals that truly matter. Many clients say the experience is not only productive—but also empowering, validating, and transformative. They leave coaching with a stronger sense of who they are and what they want next.

Each session starts with a mutually-determined goal or focus. We explore your current challenges, reflect on strengths, discuss tools, practice skills, and co-create actions you’ll take. Sessions are conversational, practical, and grounded in what matters to you. You will leave with tangible resources and action steps to keep you moving forward. You’ll be able to access coaching notes and contact me in between sessions using my customized coaching portal and app.
First time coaching clients are sometimes surprised by the number of questions a good coach asks! This is by design. There is no one right answer for everyone. My job as a coach is to help you appreciate, develop, and leverage your unique strengths to come up with the plan that’s right for you.

Salary negotiation is one of the most powerful career skills you can build. Most employers expect candidates to negotiate and often leave room in the offer to account for it—yet many professionals don’t ask. Research consistently shows that skipping negotiation can cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars over the course of your career.
But salary negotiation isn’t just about money—it’s about advocating for your value, setting the tone for your working relationship, and building a foundation for long-term career growth. A thoughtful, strategic negotiation can improve your entire compensation package, including:
Base salary
Signing and performance bonuses
Benefits and paid time off
Flexibility and remote work options
Professional development opportunities
Negotiating with confidence and preparation also plays a critical role in closing persistent wage gaps. It's a meaningful step toward equity—especially for women and professionals of color—and one that can be done effectively with the right strategy and support.
Whether you're negotiating a new offer or advocating for a raise in your current role, salary negotiation is a high-impact career move that can pay dividends—financially and professionally—for years to come.

Leadership coaching can be transformative for new managers. It helps you build confidence, navigate uncertainty, and step into your new role with support and strategy—not just guesswork. The transition into management brings real challenges: leading former peers, setting expectations, giving feedback, and managing competing priorities—many of which aren’t covered in traditional management training.
Coaching gives you a dedicated space to reflect, ask questions you might not feel comfortable asking at work, and develop practical tools to lead effectively from day one. You’ll learn how to:
Communicate with greater impact
Delegate with clarity
Manage up, down, and across
Build psychological safety within your team
More than that, leadership coaching helps you define what kind of leader you want to be—grounded in your values, strengths, and long-term goals. You’ll walk away not only with strategies and tools, but with a stronger sense of leadership identity, self-trust, and the ability to grow with intention over time.
Whether you're feeling excited, overwhelmed, or both, coaching meets you where you are—and helps you lead with purpose and confidence.

Each session is highly interactive and tailored to your team’s goals. Before we begin, I meet with the manager or team lead to understand your group’s priorities, challenges, and desired outcomes—ensuring the session is focused and relevant. During the workshop, we explore individual CliftonStrengths results and map how those talents show up across the team. Through guided conversation and practical exercises, participants learn to collaborate more effectively, navigate differences, and align around shared objectives. Sessions blend insight with action, helping teams leave with a clear understanding of how to work better together right away. Depending on team needs, we can also integrate other tools, such as mindfulness practices.

A seasoned consultant helps you focus on what moves the needle—and builds the systems to scale it. Common gains include:
Clear outcomes and accountability. Consultants formalize First-Destination data practices and career learning outcomes so you can track progress and iterate programs with evidence (e.g., >80% of centers now run first-destination surveys; formal outcomes frameworks improve program revision and impact tracking).
Better student reach at scale. External partners help close the gap between what students want and what centers deliver (e.g., only 17% of students who used their career center reported getting help finding an internship, while 62% say they want that service—pointing to process and capacity gaps consultants can address).
Improved engagement and equity. Research shows career services are especially helpful for underrepresented students; consultants help design earlier, embedded, and inclusive touchpoints that increase usage and perceived value.
Stronger employer partnerships and pipelines. Playbooks and scalable models (e.g., virtual/hybrid engagement and job-simulation experiences) expand employer reach and student participation without linear staff increases.
Operational efficiency and team capacity. By aligning org structure, tech, and workflows to strategy, consultants help teams do more with existing resources and sustain improvements across semesters.

My top CliftonStrengths include Learner, Intellection, Input, Relator, Ideation, Individualization, Futuristic, Strategic, Focus, Achiever, and Activator—and they shape every part of how I coach.
I’m naturally curious, thoughtful, and always learning. I love helping people make sense of complex situations and uncover fresh, forward-looking possibilities. I ask meaningful questions, offer perspective, and help you see both the big picture and the practical next step.
Because I lead with Individualization and Relator, I don’t believe in cookie-cutter advice. I take time to get to know who you are and what matters to you—so we can co-create a path that actually fits. My clients often tell me they feel seen, supported, and stretched in all the right ways.
With strengths like Strategic, Achiever, Focus, and Activator, I bring structure, momentum, and accountability to the process. I’ll help you not only gain insight but turn it into meaningful, aligned action. Whether you're navigating a transition, stepping into leadership, or advocating for your value, I’m here to help you move forward—confidently and on purpose.
